Earlier in 2015 we were invited to collaborate with renowned NZ fashion designer Trelise Cooper to design, stage and style a space for her to present a selection of pieces from her Winter 2015 collection, as part of an exciting new design initiative called SHOWcase Wellington.
SHOWcase aims to bring together a host of inspiring, creative people and ideas spanning an array of design industries including interiors, illustration, furniture, film and more - to support and collaborate with some of New Zealand's top fashion houses.
The evening featured new collections from kiwi designers including Trelise Cooper, Mandatory, Scandi, Empire of Genius, High Noon Tea and more, then wrapped up with a catwalk show to present the latest work from Zambesi.
As the only interior design company to participate we were thrilled to have been invited to take part in such an exciting new venture which will hopefully see collaborations from more Wellington design industries in the years to come!
Our allocated 'space' presented a look that we like to think is synonomous with the esdesign style; full of colour, texture, light and a little bit of quirk, at the same time showcasing some of our favourite interiors products and creating a luxurious backdrop for the Trelise Cooper clothing.
